Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our trekkers and our local ground crews who coordinate resources weeks in advance.

1. Standard Refund Timelines

• Cancellation 30+ Days Prior: 100% refund (minus transaction fees).
• Cancellation 15-29 Days Prior: 50% refund or 100% credit voucher.
• Cancellation 7-14 Days Prior: 25% refund or 50% credit voucher.
• Cancellation Less than 7 Days: No refund or vouchers.

2. Weather & Safety Cancellations

If a trek is cancelled by UrbanTrekkers before the departure due to natural disasters, landslides, extreme blockages, or government warnings, we will issue a 100% credit voucher valid for 1 year.
