1. Risk & Safety Disclosure
High-altitude trekking and adventure travel carry inherent risks of personal injury, altitude sickness (AMS), physical exhaustion, and unpredictable weather. By booking a trek, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow safety directions from our guides.
2. Medical Fitness
Trekkers are responsible for declaring any pre-existing medical conditions (like asthma, blood pressure issues, or heart issues). UrbanTrekkers reserve the right to disqualify any participant during the trek if their health is compromised.
3. Payments & Secure Checkout
All trek bookings are confirmed only after online payment verification. We process payments securely and generate invoice numbers for accounting.
