Devkund Waterfall is a hidden gem located in the dense forests near Bhira, Maharashtra. The trek goes along the backwaters of the Bhira Dam and enters a deep forest where the Kundalika River originates. The waterfall plunges from a height of over 150 feet into a crystal-clear blue pool surrounded by rocky cliffs.
Day 0 (D0)
12:30 AM (Friday night) – Departure from Borivali East
05:30 AM – Arrive at Bhira (Patnus) base village. Freshen up and have local breakfast.
06:30 AM – Trek begins through the dense Devkund jungle trail.
09:00 AM – Reach the majestic Devkund Waterfall. Enjoy the stunning views, take photos, and relax near the natural pool.
10:30 AM – Start descending back to the base village. Enjoy the scenic views of the Bhira Dam reservoir along the way.
01:00 PM – Reach the base village.01:30 PM – Have hot Maggi or snacks, change into dry clothes, and depart from the village.
02:30 PM – Traditional Maharashtrian group lunch at a local restaurant.
04:00 PM – Departure for Mumbai with beautiful memories.
07:30 PM – Estimated arrival in Mumbai (Borivali).
